seeds cheese and chocolate

Our snow is almost at an end, the grapes have been pruned, the trees trimmed, and I have been looking curiously at our front lawn.  It seems as though the dew worms have been hard at work and left mini mountains over the entire lawn.  Where was that roller left last fall?

A little dark and dreary today
with rain and overcast sky's

A few weeks ago I attended one of the local seed exchanges in Enderby, far from local, there were dozens of tables set up with a wide assortment of vendors providing everything from heirloom vegetables to flowers to unusual and unheard of herbs and perennials.

Not only seeds, but cheese, honey, and handmade chocolates...mmm.  I wanted to provide a picture, but you know....

One of the booths was Potters Without Borders, providing information on a very simple but effective way of providing safe drinking water for people in poorer areas of the world.  Here is a link to their web site, its worth a look.  www.potterswithoutborders.com
